Larry Brown was frustrated at the energy of the team on Saturday. After Cannen Cunningham played some bad defense and then passed the ball out of bounds, LB put the team on the line and had them run the length of the court four times. After that, Cannen played a little better, deflecting a pass and blocking a Yanick Moreira jump shot.Despite everyone else lagging behind him, Nic Moore had a lot of energy on Saturday and tried to use it to motivate his teammates, yelling things like, Keep working team! and Finish! When LB made the team run, Nic finished first and yelled at his teammates throughout the run, trying to snap them out of their funk. Nic played well too, making just about every jump shot he took and firing a hook pass through traffic to Markus Kennedy for a layup.Yanick continued his troubling trend of dropping passes in the paint.Ryan Manuel looked good shooting his midrange jumper again, an area of his game that his improved rapidly over the past couple of weeks. At one point, LB encouraged Ryan not to pass up an open jumper to drive the ball into the crowded paint.
