Point guard Kendric Davis was one of the players listed on the 2020-21 Lute Olson Award midseason watch list, which was announced Monday.
The Lute Olson Award is awarded annually to the nation's top Division I basketball player. It's named in honor of the Hall of Fame coach who won 776 games in 34 seasons, 24 of which were with the Arizona Wildcats.
Davis leads the AAC in both scoring and assists, averaging 19.3 points and 7.8 assists per contest. Davis ranks second in the nation in assists per game, behind Oakland University's Jalen Moore, who is averaging 8.2 per game.
