I recently had a chance to catch up with Florida WR Carlos Sandy to talk about his recruitment and he mentioned SMU as a school that is standing out.
Here's what he had to say:
In His Words: “It’s been a few weeks since the offer and Coach Franklin has been talking to me a lot. I can tell that they’re a good passing team and they throw the ball a lot and as a wide receiver that’s something I like. They work hard and I like that, too. It was a little surprising when I got the offer just because they are from Texas. I’m going to give them a serious look because I think I would be a good fit there. Hopefully I can get out for a visit soon.”
