SMU announced on Monday that the Sonny Dykes Football Camps in June would be canceled. Wednesday morning, SMU basketball followed suit and announced the cancellation of its June camps.
SMU is being cautious and choosing to play everything safe in the battle against COVID-19. Gov. Greg Abbott has decided to reopen the state, but the camps will have to take a back seat for the time being.
