Tim Jankovich:
- He was impressed with SMU's play on defense, said it made UNH look like a much worse team on offense than they really are. He was glad the team respected UNH and did not overlook them in between TCU and Michigan.
- He said that the first half was the best 20 minutes of defense he's seen the team play all season.
- He was happy to see SMU shoot so well from deep because it helps make the team stronger offensively, especially with Shake Milton shooting so well. He hoped the game would help Shake's confidence moving forward.
- Jankovich did not want to make a big deal out of Keith's bad shooting against TCU and instead let Keith deal with everything on his own instead of getting technical with him.
- He said starting Ben Moore today against UNH after not starting against TCU was due to matchups because he wanted Ben Moore to guard UNH's stretch bigs and wanted to see who started where for New Hamsphire before making his decision.
- Jankovich said the team played harder than he's seen this season on defense.
- Jankovich said that he didn't want to take guys out for playing so well and that's why he stuck with his starters for so long in the second half.
- Shake felt like the team played like a team on defense.
- Keith said he stayed confident in his shot and his teammates did a good job of finding of him.
- Tolbert felt good getting the crowd moving after his dunks.
- Shake said the team did not talk about overlooking New Hampshire and just look at each game at a time.
