SMU has prioritized South Carolina linebacker transfer Bangally Kamara. According to sources, SMU offered him and the coaches have been in constant contact with Kamara. A visit is in the works. Illinois is in mix for Kamara and a number of other teams have shown interest including Arizona, Indiana, Syracuse, Michigan State, Cal, Florida State, Miami, Kansas State, Miami, and Virginia Tech.

Elijah Pratt is a Texas native now prepping at IMG Academy. His 2023 tape features a balanced mix of ball skills and physicality, mostly coming from a safety spot. He went 11.4 in the 100m dash last spring, but also went 6-8 in the high jump for a top 25 mark in the state -- so we'll need an updated evaluation for a firm position projection, but we can see him in a nickel type role for now.

This weekend some staff members will be going to look at Seth Davis who was originally committed to Mississippi State in 2022. And Parker Jenkins who attends Klein Forest, an all-purpose back who is already committed to Houston. (4-star)

Cleveland was considered a five-star recruit by Rivals back in 2020 before committing to Florida State.
Here's What You Need To Know:
Cleveland is listed at six-foot-seven and 200 pounds and is considered a shooting guard or a small forward.
On February 26, 2022, he scored 20 points and hit a three-pointer at the buzzer in a 64-63 win against Virginia. Cleveland was named ACC Sixth Man of The Year.
