Thought our team looked great last night. Our front line is going to present some real challenges for teams, as Kennedy and Moriera continue to improve. However, I'm worried that teams will begin to realize that they can pack it in down low against us and then have their best perimeter defender face guard Nic Moore. Where will our 3-point shots come from? Ryan Manuel is shooting 0% from 3, which I'm assuming is because he has zero attempts. Emelogu is 22% from the field and 24% from 3.

Sterling Brown is at least sitting at 38% from downtown. Maybe he'll be the guy to spot up and help spread the floor??

Jeff Goodman and Pat Forde broke the lid off the story this morning and I'll post what I am hearing now.

This is all preliminary but it does seem to stem from Brett Shipp's report last year. Forde said the NCAA is involved and that is what I have also heard from a source and it had something to do with recruiting violations, hence Ulric's absence. When Keith left Crum yesterday to attend the funeral, he took a big bad with him as if he were clearing out his locker. I don't know if we'll see him around the team for a while now.
